The inner and outer bodies are constructed from high grade steel with a total metal thickness of 9.7mm . The cavity between the two layers contains advanced anti-penetration and fire resistant materials with a total thickness of 100mm . The door is manufactured using 6mm solid steel plate with 6mm manganese drilll resistant plate protecting the lock area (largest size only has double doors) . The unitque patented design of the barrier material protects against attack, drilling, cutting and oxyacetylene . 3 way moving espagnolette boltwork with 30mm bolts securing into the frame, with 2 hinge dog bolts at the rear for added strength . Supplied with base fixing kit . Recommended insurance rating of Euro Grade 1 is up to ú10,000 cash or ú100,000 jewellery .
