Environmentally-friendly and miserly with energy The Siemens Gigasets SL785 are equipped with cutting-edge ECO technology and have an energy-saving power supply that consumes up to 60 percent less electricity than conventional phones. In addition, energy can be saved in the ECO mode, which cuts transmitting power by 80 percent during calls. And with the aid of the new ECO mode Plus, transmitting power is shut off completely in standby and recharging mode and only reactivated when a call is received or made.
